Not advice

This site explains the ideas in Deities & Developers. It is a philosophical framework for thinking about meaning and origins. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or religious advice.

The tools on this site are prompts for reflection, not tests or diagnoses. The book is clear on this:

If harm is active (violence, predation, medical emergency), stop doing metaphysics and take the care pathway.

If you are struggling with your health or wellbeing, please talk to a qualified professional. In the UK, call 999 in an emergency, NHS 111 for urgent medical help, or Samaritans free on 116 123 at any time.

Where the book mentions the author’s own health, that is personal experience, not guidance for anyone else.
